Die-Cutting or foam cutting

Some products have a special mold, these molds have their own cutting blade, so they are installed on the die-cutting machine so that with its cutting blade, different types of foam with different thicknesses can be cut to produce a custom product.

For example, to produce a variety of advertising products and packaging frames, the die-casting or foam cutting method must be used before producing the final product.

Laminate foam

Foam laminating is done on a variety of paper products, leather, fabric, aluminum foil or sheet, felt, cardboard, nylon. Laminating or adding foam to these products increases the resistance of the foam sheet against environmental factors such as moisture and increases the usury of the product. Laminating foam on the parts is done in two layers or three layers with two glue tools or a heating device.

During the final production of the products, if it is necessary to add paper or any other object on the foam sheets, according to the discretion of the production unit in terms of the efficiency of the method, by one of the two methods of gluing machine that causes the piece to stick to the foam or heat In this method, the foam surface is slightly melted and a non-foam piece is glued on it. It is better to know that laminate foam is produced in two forms: foam roll and foam sheet.

Also, these foams are made of EVA or polyethylene, which is why they have high strength and durability.
