What is EVA Foam?

EVA foam sheets are created by combining two plastics: vinyl acetate and ethylene. The ratio of these plastics determines the foam’s resistance. The incredible versatility of EVA foam makes it suitable for making everything from high-quality running shoes to fishing rods. EVA foams are used in various industries, including automotive, construction, electronics, marine, household appliances, sports, packaging, bag and shoe production, and more.

Products made from EVA foam are polished and clean, highly durable, resistant to cracks caused by pressure, and ultraviolet radiation. EVA foam sheets have a uniform cell structure, allowing them to be processed like other thermoplastics. They maintain their flexibility and quickly return to their original shape after compression. EVA foam sheets are also used to produce EVA foam rolls.

  بله دوست عزیز حالت ارتجاعی داره و بعد از تا شدن به حالت قبل برمیگرده.
  ورق ها به صورت متری نیستند، ضخامت ورق فوم های ما به صورت خام بین 26 تا 28 میل هست و می تونیم یک پک با ضخامت انتخابی شما تقدیمتون کنیم.

سلام وقت بخیر ایا فوم ای وی ای ضخامت 10 میلی متر موجود هست ؟ و اینکه ایا قابل برش با دستگاه لیزر کات هست ؟

  فوم EVA هم به صورت رول 10 میل هم به صورت ورق 10 میل موجود هست.
  در رابطه با سوال دومتون نخیر لیزر باعث آسیب رسیدن به فوم ای وی ای می شود.

سلام این فوم که بصورت ورق درمی آید آیا دوباره قابل فرم دهی هست ؟ مثلا با حرارت نرم شود و مجددا با قالبگیری مثل کفی کفش فرم قالب رو بگیرد ؟ ویا بهتر بگویم برای تهیه محصولی مثل کفی کفش قالب کفی را داشته باشیم و از ورق هایeva استفاده کنیم ؟

  بله اسم محصول قابلیت قالب گیری حرارتی داشته و میتونه برای کفی کفش و مدل های طبی نیز استفاده شود.

با عرض پوزش و سوال مجدد در رابطه با فرم دهی ورق فوم eva آیا قابلیت فرم دهی در حد ساخت زین دوچرخه را هم دارد ؟ اگر پاسخ مثبت است بهترین قطر این محصول برای چنین فرم دهی با قالب گرم چقدر است ؟

  تا به حال تست نشده ولی احتمال انجامش هست. مطمئنا باید بالای 3 سانت باشه تا دوام بیشتری برای زین دوچرخه وجود داشته باشه

سپاس از پاسخهایتان در مورد سوال های قبل … سوال دیگر بنده اینست که این محصول قابلیت تراش با تیغه های اوور فرز یا سمباده های فرم دار برای لبه ها را دارد ؟ طوریکه لبه ها را صاف وصیقلی درآورد ؟
